NICK PACKER (NON-EXEC DIRECTOR)

Nick has over 30 years of global business experience, having previously co-founded NASDAQ listed reinsurance business Enstar Group Limited, where he served as Executive Vice President and Joint Chief Operating Officer since its formation in 2001. Nick has also held CEO roles with Kayla Re Ltd in Bermuda. As an active entrepreneur and investor, Nick performs Non-Exec and Advisory roles for several established and early-stage businesses globally. Nick is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is Certified by the FCA. 

MARTIN BAINES (NON- EXEC DIRECTOR)

Martin brings extensive wealth management and private Equity experience, in both Executive and Non-Executive roles. He currently serves as Partner at Heligan Group, having previously led the buyout of Quilter from Morgan Stanley and subsequent sale to Old Mutual Wealth Group in 2014. After a group name change to Quilter, there was an IPO in 2018, valuing Quilter at around £3bn. Martin holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment Institute. Martin is FCA authorised.

DR TIM GRASBY (NON-EXEC DIRECTOR)

Tim is the CEO of Heligan Group and a member of Heligan’s Investment Committee. He established Heligan Group with a vision of leading the way in intelligence-driven financial services. Formerly Associate Professor at Warwick University and Visiting Fellow at Stuttgart, Tim has also held previous roles within the Big 4 and Venture Capital and is a Fellow of the ICAEW. He holds a first-class degree in Electronics, a PhD in semiconductor quantum physics, is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow (FCA) of the ICAEW, and holds a DPB licence. Tim is FCA authorised and holds Security Clearance (“SC”) from HMG.

NATHALIE MORRISON

Nathalie was the founder and CEO of Signia Wealth until 2014, and previously a Senior Client Partner at Coutts & Co leading the international proposition for clients with foreign domicile in the Coutts Private Office. She started her career at Lazard & Co in Merger and Acquisition in London as an analyst. In 2008 and 2009 she was elected one of the 40 Rising Stars by the European Wealth Management Bulletin. In 2010 she was named in the Financial News 100 Rising Stars and won the Spears award for the Future Leader in the Wealth Management industry. Nathalie was formerly a Co-Chair of the Mayfair chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Organisation), an invitation only membership which connects young Chief Executives in a global network. Born in Saint-Emilion in France, Nathalie holds a Diploma in Management Studies from Cambridge University and is still actively involved in running her family’s vineyards in Saint-Emilion, Pomerol (France) and South Africa. She is also a proud mother of 4 amazing children.

DOMINIC SILVESTER

Dominic serves as Chief Executive Officer of NASDAQ listed reinsurance business Enstar Group Limited, having founded the business in 2001. He started his career in 1982 at Littlejohn Frazer Chartered Accountants in London, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1986. Enstar Group Limited has more than 1,300 employees in 22 countries and is the industry’s largest stand-alone run-off consolidator. Since 2002, Dominic has held the role of Director of Saracens professional rugby union club and has also been on the committee of the Make a Difference Leadership Foundation (MAD) since 2003. The MAD foundation, based in Cape Town, South Africa, identifies, supports, and develops future leaders in the country by offering scholars assistance in the areas of mentorship and personal, academic and leadership development. Dominic also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Advent Sport & Event Management, a role he has held since 2009. He was educated at Blackrock College in Dublin, Ireland, before obtaining a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Accounting and Economics at the University of Hull.

Stanley is a well-known figure in the world of hedge funds and philanthropy, having been active in the industry for over twenty-five years. In addition to his role as Chairman of Hay Hill Wealth, Stanley is also a director of Marex Spectron and holds several other non-executive directorship positions. He is the former Chairman of systematic hedge fund ISAM and Zenith Hygiene Products, and was previously CEO of Man Group plc, where he presided over the company’s rapid growth in an illustrious career dating from 1987 to 2008 (he served as CEO from 2000 to 2007 and headed Man’s fund management business from 1996). Prior to this, he worked for Citibank in Structured Finance and Mars Confectionery, following a qualification as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1982. He read Law at Trinity Hall College Cambridge University and attended Manchester Grammar School. Stanley is a committed philanthropist with a focus on children’s charity, particularly in the fields of health and education. He is President of the Evelina London Children’s Hospital as well as a longstanding Trustee of ARK. He was also a Trustee of the Mayor’s Fund for London between 2008-2017. He is also Chair Emeritus of the Governors at Burlington Danes School. Raised to the peerage in 2011, Stanley is also active in politics. He was Conservative Party Treasurer and Co-Treasurer from 2009, standing down in 2013, prior to which he served on a number of policy committees for the party.
